These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gomylog.com and related MyLog information, content, features, and communications (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
MyLog is currently in pre-launch development. Product images, prototypes, specifications, performance, included accessories, pricing, launch dates, and availability may change before production. Information on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes.
Joining the MyLog launch list is free and does not create a purchase obligation, reservation, guarantee of availability, or entitlement to a particular Kickstarter reward. By submitting your email address, you agree to receive launch and promotional communications from MyLog. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
If MyLog launches on Kickstarter, pledges, rewards, payments, refunds, campaign updates, and fulfillment will also be governed by the applicable Kickstarter terms and the final terms published on the campaign page. This website does not itself accept a Kickstarter pledge.
MyLog is intended to provide portable temperature support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose any condition, determine medication stability, or replace the medication label or advice from a qualified healthcare professional or pharmacist. Storage requirements vary by medication, brand, formulation, and whether the medication is opened or unopened. Always follow the medication manufacturer's instructions and professional guidance.
Performance may vary depending on ambient temperature, starting temperature, contents, airflow, power source, ice-pack condition, how often the case is opened, and user operation. Unless expressly stated in final product documentation, prototype results are not a guarantee of future performance.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with site operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse forms, submit malicious code, scrape the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden, or use our content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
The MyLog name, branding, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, product concepts, and other content are owned by or licensed to MyLog and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
The Services may link to Shopify, Kickstarter, Meta, email providers, and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and pre-launch content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLog will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or reliance on the Services or pre-launch content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms become effective when posted, subject to applicable law. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence applies.
